At Healing Drops™, we are committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on h-drops.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

PACKAGING AND PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are carefully inspected and packed by our Quality Assurance team before being handed over to the carrier. We reserve a minimum of 2–3 business days to package and process your order from the time it is placed.

Please note the following:

- Orders placed after 11:30 PM EST will not begin processing until the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will not begin processing until Monday.
- Orders placed on public holidays will not begin processing until the next business day.

Please take processing times into account when selecting your shipping method, particularly if you require your order by a specific date. If you need to expedite your order, please contact us at sales@h-drops.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

Healing Drops™ ships to all 50 states within the United States. We work with leading carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Available shipping methods:

- Standard Ground Shipping (5–7 business days after processing)
- 3-Day Shipping
- 2-Day Air Shipping
- Next Day Air Shipping

Estimated delivery timeframes begin after your order has completed processing (2–3 business days). Healing Drops™ does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. It is the customer's responsibility to select a shipping method appropriate to their timeline at the time of checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to delivery delays when the selected shipping method was standard ground shipping and a faster option was available.

WARM WEATHER SHIPPING POLICY

During warm temperature months — generally April 15 through October 15 — certain Healing Drops™ products, including gummies and gel-based formulas, may be susceptible to heat damage during transit. Healing Drops™ is not responsible for products that melt or experience temperature-related changes once they have been handed over to the carrier.

To minimize the risk of heat-related damage, we strongly recommend the following during warm weather months:

1. Select Expedited Shipping: Choose Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day Air shipping for all heat-sensitive products such as gummies and gel formulas. Ground shipping is acceptable for capsules, softgels, and liquid drops.

2. Use a Business Address: Carriers typically deliver to business addresses earlier in the day. Delivering to a business address can reduce the time your package sits outside in warm conditions.

3. Track Your Package: Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment daily. Knowing your expected delivery date allows you to be present when the package arrives or to arrange for someone else to receive it.

4. Choose Your Ship Day: During warm weather, you may request that your order be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This prevents your package from sitting in a carrier hub over the weekend in high temperatures. Please notify us at sales@h-drops.com within 5 hours of placing your order if you have a preferred ship date.

NOTE: On days when temperatures exceed 65°F, Healing Drops™ may elect not to ship gummy or gel-based products on Thursdays or Fridays. This decision is made entirely to protect the integrity of your order.

Even when all precautions are followed, Healing Drops™ cannot guarantee that temperature-sensitive products will arrive in perfect condition under extreme weather circumstances. By placing an order during warm weather months without selecting expedited shipping, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

Healing Drops™ offers several expedited shipping options for customers who need their orders delivered quickly. Please note that shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS no longer offer guaranteed delivery timeframes on expedited services in all circumstances.

Expedited delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by:

- Carrier volume and operational delays
- Weather events and natural disasters ("Acts of God")
- Public holidays
- Customs delays (international orders)

Healing Drops™ will not issue refunds for expedited shipping costs if a delay is caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control. "Acts of God" and weather-related delays are specifically excluded from any refund consideration, regardless of the shipping method selected.

If you have a time-sensitive order, we encourage you to contact us at sales@h-drops.com before placing your order so we can advise on the most appropriate shipping option.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's tracking system to update with your package's first scan. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email, please contact us at sales@h-drops.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

1. Do NOT discard any original packaging, inner packing material, or damaged products. The carrier requires all of this for their investigation.
2. Contact Healing Drops™ within 24 hours of delivery at sales@h-drops.com with your order number.
3. Provide clear, detailed photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and all damaged products.
4. Be prepared to allow a carrier inspection within 24 hours of receiving the package. This inspection is required before Healing Drops™ can issue a refund or send replacement products.

If original packaging is discarded, if photographs are not provided, or if the carrier inspection is declined, Healing Drops™ will be unable to process your damage claim.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If the carrier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts and is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to our facility. At that point, the following options are available to you:

Option 1 — Reship: We will reship your order to you. The customer is responsible for the carrier's return-to-sender fee (equal to the original shipping cost) plus the cost of reshipping.

Option 2 — Cancel and Refund: We will cancel the order and issue a refund, minus the return-to-sender fee and a 15% restocking fee.

To avoid undeliverable packages, please ensure that someone is available to receive your order, or provide a business address or secure delivery location at checkout.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Healing Drops™ does not modify shipping addresses while a package is in transit.

If the carrier identifies an address as undeliverable before dispatch, Healing Drops™ will contact you via email. If we do not receive a corrected address within 2 business days, we will cancel the order and apply a 15% restocking fee.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for:

- The original shipping cost
- The carrier's return-to-sender fee
- A 20% restocking fee

If a package is lost or damaged as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.

REFUSALS

If delivery is refused by the customer for any reason other than visible damage to the package or a confirmed shipping error by Healing Drops™, the order will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all applicable original and return shipping charges.

If delivery is refused for a package shipped by a commercial freight carrier for any reason other than damage or a Healing Drops™ shipping error, the same 30% restocking fee and shipping charges will apply.

RANDOM CARRIER INSPECTIONS

Very rarely, carriers such as FedEx or UPS conduct routine inspections on randomly selected packages. If your package is chosen for inspection, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days. The time a package is held for inspection does not count toward its estimated transit time.

In the event that your package is selected for a random carrier inspection, Healing Drops™ will not accept returns or cancellations on that order.

SEVERE AND INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of severe or inclement weather conditions — including but not limited to snowstorms, hurricanes, floods, and other natural events — your order may not arrive within the originally estimated delivery window. Carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS suspend or modify operations during severe weather to ensure the safety of their employees.

If you live in an area subject to seasonal severe weather and must receive an order by a specific date, we strongly encourage you to place your order well in advance. Healing Drops™ will not accept returns or cancellations on orders delayed due to severe weather conditions, and shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Healing Drops™ ships to customers worldwide. We work with reputable international carriers to ensure your order reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible.

Package Handover to Carrier:
Once your package has been handed over to the designated international carrier, Healing Drops™ relinquishes responsibility for the shipment. Any risks related to loss, damage, or delay during international transit are the responsibility of the carrier. If you experience issues with your international shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes:
Healing Drops™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your destination country. These fees are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly encourage you to check with your local customs authority before placing an international order to understand what additional charges may apply upon delivery.

Delivery Timeframes:
International delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and carrier capacity. Healing Drops™ does not guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders and will not issue refunds for delays caused by customs or international transit.

Tracking:
Once your package has been handed over to the international carrier, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates may not be immediately available or continuously refreshed, depending on the carrier and the postal service of the destination country.

Missing International Packages:
If your international package does not arrive, please contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. Healing Drops™ will provide all available documentation and tracking information to support your claim.

RETURNS

For the health and safety of all our customers, Healing Drops™ does not accept returns on any opened dietary supplement products, including capsules, gummies, gels, liquid drops, or softgels. We accept returns only on unopened products in their original sealed packaging, within 2 business days of confirmed delivery.

All returns must be pre-approved by Healing Drops™. Please contact sales@h-drops.com before shipping any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Refunds for approved returns exclude the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please refer to our full Refund Policy at h-drops.com/policies/refund-policy for complete details.
